We write one update per day to the smart contract.

Commitments

Commitment = CID: 59 bytes string (or byte array)

CID can be addressed by
- Array index
  - ~~uint8: 256 days~~
  - uint16: 179 years
  - uint32: enough
- Map key (date YYYYMMDD)
